TexasFishingStore.com is dedicated to a high level of quality service and wants absolute satisfaction from our customers. Therefore, returns are accepted if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Return rules apply as stated below.

1.       Repack the item in the original packing materials and box. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.

2.       Complete the bottom portion of your pack slip. Then detach it from the top portion, and enclose with your return. Please be sure to fill in all information, including your reason for return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund. Please do not attach the return slip to the item.

3.       Save the top portion of the pack slip for your records.

4.       To send your package, use the return label included on the reverse side of the pack slip. Be sure to cover the original shipping address on the original box.

5.       Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail or UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement.

Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
